Cancellation Policy

• Transfer - Cancellation within 3 hours before start of service or after 21 pm (LT) for start of service before 9 am the day after is 100 % charged.
• Tour - If the job is cancelled 12 hours or more before the job is due to begin, there will be no charge.
• Tour - If the job is cancelled between 12 hours and 4 hours before the job is due to begin, 50 % charge up to a maximum of 4 hours.
• Tour - If the job is cancelled less than 4 hours before the job is due to begin, 100 % charge up to a maximum of 8 hours.
• No-show is always 100 % charged according to original booking.
